What I'm looking for is either Bahnba's Scepter, or ANY 15/1 weapon with 10% HSR All Skills or 20% HSR Earth Magic. It doesn't even really matter if it's max damage or not. I may even look at imperfect HSR 15/1 wands. I pay very well (don't mind paying 25% more than it's worth!) so please take the time to post any 15/1.
