PC on 2 Golden Bows and 1 Golden staff

This is the first time i'll try to sell Gold Items that i found, mainly because these are the only ones, i think, that are worth it...
Because i (almost) have no idea on the market's fluctuations i ask here a bit of advice

Also, this might sound a bit noob, but i cant figure out if the auctions on GWG are exclusively for American or European servers ... In the case they are for Americans (i'm on European) is it possible to trade in International Districts in GW ?
