I assume you mean a Capture Sig. You will need a skill point, and up to 1k gold. Find a skill trainer, and usually at the bottom of the list is something called a Signet of Capture.

Spiteful Spirit is in Prophecies only. You can acquire it from Snake's Dance by a Necro boss that is a bit north of Camp Rankor.

BTW, has anyone noticed that Rankor is Droknar backwards but without the D?

you need to kill the boss that has ure elite skill first then u can use ure cap sig next to his dead body and choose the skill you wish to cap
