Pre Lion's Arch Quest and you

My request from Anet is make Cathana-made charcters able to do pre lion's arch quests and gain skills.
I don't know about you, but it's really earitating to pay 1plat for basic skills like executioner's strike and such. Really as a canathain charcter it costs to much to be able to have a couple of flexible builds. If I like playing a warrior for example, I need to get some damaging skills for my sword, about 1 plat goes down the drain to get your basic attack chain, than I find a great axe so I need to pay another 3k to get a basic attack chain on becuase the 4 and a half discounted skills you can buy are gone, now I want to go to the FoW.....NO pay ANOTHER 6k to get your stance build on brother. So, Why on helll a casual player needs to pay around 11k on about 20 skills from 150 availeble to you to get into a group at any time?
Also would be nice is skill award for assasins and ritualist from tyria, so you you can get a little more flexibility too.

Summery:
Suggestion 1: Make Skill awards availeble in normal skill awarding quests in pre lion's arch availble for cathanian made charcters.
Suggestion 2: Skill Awards in skill awarding tyrian quests for Assasins and Ritualists.

You get more skills to you in the pre island of Cantha than you do in presearing and post searing Ascalon even when you reach Lions Arch.You get to choose which skill you want unlike those in Prophecies they have no choice and don't get skill points and gold.I hope that assassin and Ritualist don't get the reward for fighting the doppleganger just a way to the Tomps.

You say it like it's that easy. It'd take me months to scrounge up 11k.

it has been pretty much explained why already

took me 3 weeks to save for my 1.5k armor...

Really? I don't play very much, but I've made ~10k playing factions in the last 3 days. That's somewhere near 4 or 5 hours. I think Factions makes it really easy to make money, but that is off-topic.

Anet supposidly is against grinding and from what I've seen encourages people to try out new builds. So, they change it so to be able to afford trying out new builds you have to grind? Doesn't make sense to me.
