Mix stats, not perfect. I would put it at 40k high side. I'm not the shield master, so.. I have no idea about the tall.

Is there any staffs with req inspiration magic to be found?? checked the greenies, no inspiration req so i wonder if it can be found on golds or if its like the monk divine/smiting and no Prot/Heal staffs

Just made a search at "inspiration" and in a thread there were a discussion about inpiration req, and in that thread some people said that staves with inspiration req doesnt exist. So some new PCs on the jeweled staff would be great. Might still be the same value as before. just wanna check.
