The Special Edition comes with five semiuseful items that were originally exclusives for Korea. That's it.
So? I doubt he hadn't realized that already.

The question was regarding the difference between the two products. Obviously.

Wow, 12 posts and the question wasn't answered...
Anyway, the Special Edition comes with a things like an artbook and a soundtrack. It also lets you unlock a couple of things for your PvP characters.
If you want the artbook and soundtrack, then buy it. Otherwise, if you're just doing it for the unlocks, its not worth it. You can easily unlock tons of stuff on your own before you know it.

GuildWiki should have details on it. guildwiki.org is your friend. I don't know what I would do without it. A problem is that my computer has trouble loading the two webs...so I can't read them...blah
