Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 13 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Lengthens Bleeding duration on foes by 33%
Marksmanship +1 (19% chance while using skills)

I know it's a high req and all but I thought I'd give this a try before merch.

I wouldn't merch it because it's 15>50. Are Naga skins rare? If so then it might be worth something. If not then give it to a guild member it's still useful.

I'm not sure how rare Naga skins are, I don't know much about the frequency of drops.

Anyways, bumping this, I want to see if I can get a value, if it's not be merched.

I dont think it deserves to be merched - naga skins are sorta rare. Try selling it in Ascalon for 5-10k maybe? I dunno, just guessing.
