No upgrading it won't increase it's value.
I cannot give you an accurate P/C on either item because I suck, but both are worth a good bit. The Oni Blade will sell for a lot. A pure guess on the Oni would be 250k+.
Celestial will fetch a decent amount too despite looking like a sex toy.

agree wit Papi... i've seen low req 15>50's celestial swords sell over 100k like crazy... posted my req 9 15>50 b/o at 150k and it sold within 5 mins... litterally... so possibly even more

personally I think they are ugly and not rare at all, but not everyone thinks that, and are willing to pay alot
