Additional Character Slots

I'm curious if there has been additional information as to when this will be made available for people to purchase?

I'm also wondering when ANet will introduce Guild Storage as an in game feature.

Any help or answers would be much appreciated. Thanks.

the official answer is summer with an official note that summer is officially summer until sept 23 rd this year.

just so you know that information doesn't apply to guild storage. There is no word on Guild Storage.
