I sold a req 8 Curses 10/10 Forbidden Staff for 150k recently so I guess this could go for 100k+ though I'm not sure how popular the Communing req would be since most Communing rits are just using +5e swords or spawning wands.

Forbidden skin isn't bad, but a lot of players use the spiritbinder, so it might be a difficult sell.

well to be honest the only reason you would need the req on a staff is for the dmg
so i don't know if the req really matters does it?

I would recommend putting this in High End with an s/b of 50k or so, so that more people will bid. Don't put a b/o on it until some bids are in and you can better gauge how much interest there is in this item.
