So Laggy

My guild wars all the sudden got uber laggy :O i cant do anything.. haha. it always ran well before. Maybe its the Dragon thing?? ionno.. but its ticking me off. Any Suggestions?

hey me to i usually have a really fast conection to guild wars but over the last few days i have lag in all towns. Most of the time when i try to put a character into a town the screen gets to 100% then just sits there no err7 no nothing. I have to restart guildwars and it usually does it again trying to get in.Once i finaly get into an area it runs fairly well, it lags but its bearable. I am not having any problems with my conection speeds on other sites nor am i having any problems running other games so i am baffled why it sometimes wont load towns?
