I think i Heard of a collectors Helm that reduces hex time on you by half. If thats true where can i find this collector at ? Thanks

I snipped this from elsewhere so hope it is correct
"On some runs with a lot of hexes you may want to use the Lieutenant's Helm from the armor crafter in henge of Denravi, this helm only has an armor level of 60 +10 (vs physical) so at a rate of 12,5% your may be taking increased damage but it does shorten the duration of all hexes cast on you by no less than 50%. "

" this was before the nerf to that helmet. The reduction is 20% now. Although i'm still in favor of increasing its AL to 80. And handing a similar helm to all other chars.
Also adding a 33% reduced length of conditions as well.

I've looked but no, there doesn't seem to be one...
The hex henge helm has the skin of the knights helm, ugly IMO and since the nerf not very useful. I used to use it for droks running but since the nerf the added armor is more useful then the hex reduction
