Dragon Moss Farming!! with Mo/Me

Alright I saw someone with a build about farming the Dragon Moss outside Saint Anjekas Shrine and I wanted to know if it could be done with a 55 monk... so I tried it and it worked

But the problem was that when Shield of Judgement ran out I got spiked bad. Then I thought if Spirit Bond would work so I tried it... died and then I used Physical Resistence and they extra damage from the -armor VS Elemental was enough to trigger Spirit Bond... So I come here with a build

Monk/Mesmer

Equipment

Armor
All armor from Shing Jea Armor with Smiting Cap with superior runes on all peices, same as a 55 monk.

Weapon and Offhand
A FFS with 18-20% Enchanting (any weapon with +enchanting is good)
And a Prot Off Hand (doesnt really matter which one)

Attribute Points

Smiting:12+1+3=16
Protection: 7+3=11
Divine Favor: 10+3=13
Healing.... ZEROMG+3=3

Skills

Spirit Bond
Prot Spirit
Physical Resistence
Shield Of Judgement [Of course your Elite Skill]
Blessed Signet
Blessed Aura
Essence Bond
Balthazaars Spirit

Just fallow that guide and you should be fine

Alright when you killed them all be careful picking up the loot as there will be traps and you might get spiked while picking up the loot so switch your armor when picking the stuff up

Can u tell anything about the loot?

Dragon Mosses are eles... why are you using Physical Resistance?
Other than that it is a nice build, however I do think that a standard 55 build will work too. Will try that later.

well Spirit Bond tiggers when you take 60+ damage and physical resistence gives you less armor vs ele which is what they are so their wand attacks do 60+ damage to you, enough to trigger spirit bond

Was wondering when someone would catch on to the fact that S. Bond works as a 55 too... =)

hummmm SB triggers even if you take only 5? weird, it doesn't on the double SB/smite monk build (using PS too)

when spiked (with the normal 55 build I suppose), divine favor heals you. energy problems? run with B spirit & essence bond cast blessed aura under fire befor casting SoJ.

i think its some kind of glitch

why 55 when u can have like 405 health, SB heals for 92, PS makes u take 40, then u can take out essence and use retribution and they will die a lot faster

Ahh.. sb triggers because they wand upwards of 60 dmg, but that is counted before prot spirit lowers the damage.

Anyone know any ele/monk skills that lower elemental defence ;\?
