Error 5 in many places til update for many players

Error 5 happen anytime and with any char i use when i try to go:

tested by numerous players, none able to log in:
-St Anjeka
-Wajjun Bazzard
-Morostav Trail

Also some seems to encounter error5 on specific char.

Any other place to avoid warp in?

Reported til now but not checked enough:
-Rankor
-Funeral tumulus (sp?) HoH map

Btw those reported error happen only on french part of european server, works perfectly on others.

People have been getting this in the other servers also, it only affects certain areas. I cant remember all of them but I know for sure zos shivros isnt working.

Those erros occur also on German Servers... The German Community Manager Martin Kerstein said, that a big ISP seems to be doing a Maintenance Check on their routers which could cause that problem.
He also said, that the problem could probably be fixed by "completely logging off", so your IP packets will be routed via a different Router. I think he means to completely disconnect from the Internet (as in, disconnect in your ISP's software, disconnect/reconnect in your Router or completely reboot your Router). As I'm not at home, I can't tell if this works, but that's what I've been reading.
