Hmm, this is kinda hard to PC. You're right, the req doesn't matter in practical terms, but in terms of price/value, it's everything. The 1% off also kills the price. I'd say 30k or so, but get a second opinion.

I know that 1% hurts, but how many gold staffs with both mods of same attributes are found these days? Was really lucky to get my hands on this ^^
