There is a pearl, which pops out of a shell near the mill in Ashford and a feather in a chest on the road that goes between the hills from Ascalon towards the worm fields, near where all the bandits hang out.

Beautiful Pearl found in a shell by the water falls in Ashford. The Feather is located in the moa bird pen in Ashford village. The Pendant is located in the path by the bandits which winds down towards Althea herself.

Or, of course, instead of going through the bother of collecting all three items (not that it is a bother..) - you can take the first item you find and give it to Lady Althea herself, who will give you the same quest reward with the added bonus of dropping Prince Rurick in the poop!
