Password not reset

Hello people,
i have had GW for about 3 months now but left it for a forthnight when i went on holiday, as you do,
In the process i lost my password, so i used the tool in GW for password reset, when it sends a new password back to you, i have done this twice now in the space of a week, and the email isnt going to my inbox ! :S

Can anyone help?

That has happened to me. First off, are you checking the correct e-mail? That was one of my problems :P. Secondly, if it keeps not working, contact Guild Wars support.
