Seriuos Jade Wind Orb Farming!!!!!!

i really think farming orbs will be really cool so i did it and it worked awesome good so i posted here (but don't tell anet cause they nerf it). this is mi first farm post and i hope you all like it and if you don't then you suc

ATTRIUTES:
standerd IWAY eoe1 attributes

SKILLS:
W/R

Cyclone Axe (or triple chop)
Eoe
basically anything else you want ( i would bring a pet so you don't get bored)

PROCEDEUDR:
1. go out of Ran Masu Gardens into kinya province
2. agro everythinhg (i would suggest a storm bow cause bugs are attracted to shiny things) <also could bring flatbow
3. lay down eoe and cyclone axe a group4.pick up your orbs
5. go back to #1

i ussually get about 30 orbs a run but sometimes more and less and each one lasts about 2 mins but i've never timed so idk.


P.S. the seret is to agro all the bugs first

i think I'll try this with a different varient...I'll probably go A/R and use Barrage + EoE. Hopefully that will mean 6 dead in 1 shot = 6 EoE hits = more dead = more EoE hits... This looks like a ton of fun.

same, i cant aggro them cuz the all lvl 2 or lvl 1 which wont attack unless uattack them... i tried boss but only 3 others attacked... im confused.. been farming here for 2 hours and have 23 orbs...

Thats what he said.. attack them once with a bow to aggro them

Hmmm.... how much time did it take you to put all that stash on the ground?

I think what I'll probably have to do is take a minimum dmg bow and aggro stuff by using barrage. Takayun Tsi I believe has an ENORMOUS mob attatched to him. Smack him and see if they all aggro.

I'll probably do something like this:

Min dmg bow, Barrage to aggro a bunch. let them regen and do no dmg to me. Barrage more. Get them all aggroed. EoE, Winnowing, FW, Barrage. Giant mob of dead things.

An AoE minion creation would be awesome for that...instead of heal area: Animation Aura- All dead creatures in the area become lvl 1-15 bone fiends, Animation Aura has a 50% chance to fail with Death Magic 4 or less.

That would be the ultimate skill...

yeah there is only like 1 corpse on the ground on ur radar... gj at tryin to make us all believe this was uber

The build works, if you had actually looked at his screenie, the one corpse there is a boss corpse. Boss corpses don't vanish. Everything else but bosses and player corpses vanish. To top it off, if he had placed the drops, it would look different and it's possible that he would not have remembered to have a Jade Wind Orb cluster of 3 for the boss.

Put a bit more thought into it next time. Maybe he went and got a coke or something. Literally 20 secs or less and he would've lost the non-boss corpses.

Maybe he killed them, made the post, went back, and then got the screenie. That would also explain the absence of any other corpses because there would be sufficient time for the non-boss corpses to vanish.

EDIT: Friend says that the orbs are suppossed to drop on like 1/10th of monsters....how are you getting 30 orbs?

Ok, but the 30 orbs didnt drop from that 1 farm run... so why is it better than any other method again?

But still its a fun way, ppl have been using EoE all day I hear. But I doubt its really faster than a charging warrior or 1-shot-1-kill-ranger

I aggro'd like 25 mantis including the boss and killed them all with my Ritualist, and out of all those mantis I got like 1 or 2 orbs.

Anyway, this wasnt meant to be in farm section in the first place. He was just trying to show off with his pic, but he never posted skillset or AP spend. On the other hand keeping this post here for a while might make other people aware that not everything should be believed on what you see on screens.
