Hi I just found these two wepons is any of them worth anything?

Celestial wand
dmg 11-22 ( req 11 air )

although it is nice skin for sword I dont think u can get any money for it...req12+13^50??? very very hard...
wand also got high req and not so desirable mod...if it is to me...salvage or merch...but get another opinion...pls
