Any skills and secondaries will work probably, just make sure you have a self heal, a running skill and some dmg. Sorry for discontinuity between screenshots, they were taken on different runs.
1) First, Go out the North exit of Imperial Sanctum. Take Kuunavang's skill.
2) Go straight ahead , down the stairs and at the res shrine on the left, turn left and go forward. There should be no enemies infront of you at this point.
3) Go a little to the left and up and down the ramp-thing.
4) The enemies infront of you now will move to the left over time so when you see fit, run and turn right.
5) Go down the ramp and hug the left wall, sprinting past or not depending on the spawn of enemies.
6) Down the big hill and see some enemies down there, amongst 2 sets of stairs. Put on troll unguent and sprint down the stairs until you are out of aggro, and still haven't broken aggro with the next group.
7) Wait till the next group goes right, sufficiently so that you can get into the little square with lanterns and stuff in the middle. They will go down that alley all the way till the end, and it's your choice to run past them or not.
8) If you didn't run past them, follow them until they reach a slightly larger space. Wait a few moments and they will turn right and go down the ramp. This is your opportunity to go past them and up the ramp on the other end. At the top, there is a res shrine.
9) Turn left and you see the first blue sphere and the warrior boss. He is bugged so that he only does healing signet and doesn't chase you. Use both attunes and kill him with the damage you have. Celestial Storm {C} will be back up after you kill him (luckily enough).
10) ASAP, wait till the groups in the large hall split far enough away from each other and run through them to the opposite side of the hall, where Koosun is. Before you reach the group there, straf left a bit until you can hit him through the wall of his "cell" but his group isn't in your circle.
11) Kill him like Kai and happy hunting!
