Koosun and Kai farming for E/X. Possible for X/X

Tried it as a warrior, never really worked for me, not suprising, couldn't disrupt the healing sig of kai let alone take koosun

Koosun is a pushover compared to Kai. Sometimes (somehow) celestial storm does only 14x4 dmg per second and that isnt enough to kill him. Most of the time it does 19x4 dmg per sec and that kills him quite easy. I say if you can't kill Kai, just move on and try Koosun.

Kai always dropped a jade wind orb and some weapon. Koosun usually drops nothing. BTW I got 2 Kai's swords, but no Koosuns staves. And Kai's swords aren't so great.

i cant seem to get past the group between Kai and Koosun. They always spawn too close to the middle of the room...

What is the price on Kai's anyways? The only thing good about the sword is the skin IMO, everything else is kind of "bleh".

I still have not gotten the staff to drop.

I got about 7 Kai's. Sold the blighters for a mere 30k each. People want them a little bit I spose...

Also, for a monk just take smiting and then some heals. Might want a ranger secondary for... running or ... stuff... yeah, use your discretion

Cos Kai will run to Koosun's room , try u kick ur ass

He does this whether you kill him or not

Just hang around a bit after you kill Koosun and wait. He will come out of the portal and run over to Koosun's room only to find all of his buddies dead.

If what you guys are saying about getting golds/purples/greens from these guys is true then I can only conclude that this has been nerfed like there's no tomorrow. I just beat Factions with my ele and tried it, the best I got was a blue scroll, and got 0 drops from Koosun on most runs.

how can u withstand the ob flame doing 236 dmg and then the starburst for another 150+?
i meant if u tried it as a war

kai was a breeze... using ignorance killed his signet at 8 dom

i've been doing this for awhile with this build for necro for koosun

faintheartedness, suffering, life siphon, parasitic bond, troll ungent, storm chaser

u can add wither or soul barbs if you have those too..

have fun.

The price has gone down massively to as low as 35k, and for me, this is a personal victory. I can't stand this staff, as green as it may be, selling for 60k+. I mean, the buyers could easily spam "WTB: 2x +30hp wrapping/head" and buy the stave from the craftsman. This is the only reason I made this thread. Hate me if you will.

I agree. If the skin was somewhat unique...but nonetheless..still a good Green to have. Not too sure about the resell.
