It's really all straight forward, if you need help, press "M" and look for the Green letters, thats where you have to go. Also try looking at your compass. That little green arrow on your compass indicates the quests objective, and where you're supposed to go.

But I remember I looked at a guide that showed me every Pre-Searing quest there is, and which NPC to talk to. Do you know of such link?
