Why does guild wars not have some type of in game marketplace or bazaar. All this yelling ,trying to sell something is driving me crazy. I yell in trade channel for hours and no takers. So I end up selling to in game merchant for dirt cheap prices. I bet I spend more time selling a good gold item then it takes me to get that same gold item. Please find someway to come up with a in game trade system.

I am sure some players love the chaos of yelling and watching the chat window scroll but believe the average guy would find game play improved with a marketplace where items are priced, put for sale, and searchable. The yell method will never go away as it suits some people very well but for the rest us, please put an alternative system in place.

Yes, YES! This is a good name for it. Go with this instead of Auction House so it won't look like a copied idea.

a designated trade outpost sounds like a great idea, but are all the buyers/sellers actually going to use it? if so, then i'm all for it.

i would love for all trading to be moved to a 'marketplace' kind of city, because on my computer, a crowded place like LA loads 100x more slowly than a ghost town like Maguuma Stade, and it annoys the hell outta me (to the point where i usually go to LA international or the very last LA district just to avoid the lag and all those screaming spamming people).

/signed, but I doubt it's gonna be used:

it has to be available for all chapters, so it'll probably get some place in the battle isles or a new continent, which means extra loading.
it won't be as busy as LA/KC, a lot of trading happens between WTS spammers and people who just happen to be there. those people dont go to such city, because they don't specifically need an item.
