PC - Fellblade 15 when enchanted req10

Title says about it, that's a gold max req10 poisonnous fellblade of swordsmanship, 33% poison (obviously) and 19% swordsmanship... the damage mod is 15 when enchanted which isn't bad... well in meh mind at least
