Where is Captain Rujiyo?

Anyone know? After you finish all the quests with Imperial Guard Hanso in Shign Jea, he tells you there's nothing more you can do, and tells you to talk to Captain Rujiyo. I've looked in all the major towns in Cantha and just outside a few of them in the explorable areas, with no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

I was wondering the same thing.

Checked kaineng, everywhere on shing jea island, lots of places in the city, harvest temple...he might be outside, or maybe even not added yet...still can't find him.

Keeping this bumped because I can't find him either!

seeing how it's taking place in and around the monestary.. i think this is an OOOOPS situation where they might have forgotten to set him in game. ofcourse I am most likely wrong.

It's either that or they're going to add him in later.

Maybe he is the final guy? Like the Mad King was for Halloween, they will need someone to hand out the masks.

Just a guess based on the fact that he says that when you've completed all quests and have at least 240 jade orbs.

The emperor is the one who is supposed to hand out the masks, at least that's what the info available so far is saying. so there goes that theory. He probably will be coming later on in the event. it's a 5 day event with only 4 quests? doubtful. they're probably just staggering release so that people don't get bored with the whole thing after friday and have a good reason to stay involved until wednesday.

I am still wondering about this glowing chest everyone is talking about, and how it is "glowing brighter" sounds interesting

The chest does seem to be glowing brighter... but is it just because they lowered the light level of the city for the night festival?

Agreed with lord Dobo, and the chest is in Kaining, near Storage.
And someone MUST find Captain Rujivo ...

Looked all around as well, im sure you right that they will be adding him in later. Hope so at least!

Someone told me earlier that Captian Rujiyo is the Zaishen Captain in TOPK, I checked both TOPK and HA (just in case), he is in neither one.

Also, the Xunlai chest glow did change, I believe it used to be static, now it pulses.

I think it might have significance...but don't know.


You get to see it by moving a bit away from the door, moving your camera all the way up, and backing up so that you can see it. It might be tricky at first, but it's really easy.
