I would imagine any titles earned will permanently remain, after this event or for any other situation. Were this not the case, A.Net would have some pretty peeved people griping about the wasted time and funds sunk into festival tickets and these games.

5000 Loses = Unlucky/Hapless

for max title lucky you need to win 2 500 000 tickets (it has 5 levels)

for max title unlucky you need to lose 500 000 games (it has 5 levels)

so both max title cant be done in this dragon festival
