Can't stand this constant monkeying around - 'oh I'm working an area, now I can't use merchant, rez shrine, etc etc'. Look if we've done the work, LOSE THE RESTRICTION. It borders on moronic that I'm at 0 faction for each when selling off materials that neither side will talk to me but I've gained their trust through 10K FRIENDS already, and/or COMPLETED THE GAME with them. Or I have 236 on one side (silly me wanted to do fort or jade or something) and now have to beat out that number on the other side.
It's especially fun [/sarcasm] when you want to get something done in an area but have to put that off missing guildies, pugging/soloing more annoying (port out to sell, back), or what most often happens, just don't bother doing what you had thought to do because of it.
This still always smacks me as a particularly LAME implementation.
Maybe this has been posted before [I'd hope so] but it's still out there so here it comes again
Factions - do the friends quest YOU'RE A FRIEND!

I think.....if you donated the require 250k faction to get the title "Friend of Luxon" or "Friend of Kurzick" you should be able to talk to each side regardless of your current faction.

I have to disagree SLIGHTLY here. I think that you should be able to use merchants ect. even if a friend of the other side. ALSO I think that losing faction from one side and gaining on the other is actually a good thing... think about it... Everyone would have each side so there would be almost no point to the game... everyone is a team? Not gonna happen. The title would be pretty messed up if you decieded to be both O_o think about that? anyway think about it... its good! thanx -SKULLKI!
