Does anyone know (or have an idea) if the Dragon Masks are going to be character specific? This is my 1st "event" since owning Guild Wars and I have seen people with "pumpkin heads" and the Bird heads...are these character specific and non-sellable?
I would like to get 1-2 dragon masks and use on all my characters, but if they are character specific, I guess I will have to get one for each character.
Thanks!

They are armour, so they come customised for the character that got them.

All special event headgear to date has been customized to the character that received it; Antlers, Santa Hats, Pumpkins included.

How many people think dragon mask will NOT be perfect? If its not perfect, why is it worth 250 orbs? Only thing I recall using near 250 is 15K armor. and if this isnt perfect. well its garbage then, kinda like candy cane shields, cept they didnt require >250< of something.

If it's like any other headgear it will have 0 AL, as if you are wearing nothing. It's for show only, you can't legitimately adventure with them, unless you like taking 280% damage to your head.

The tengu mask required 250 naga hides. The special event items are for entertainment value only. They are not intended to be used as real armor so they have low numbers. The only item I have found useful was the candy canes that reset your DP back to 0. After this event you will not be able to find orbs anymore and any you have will be useless.

Apologies in advance for my newbiedom, but is DP death points or something? Does that mean it sets your death counter to zero?

250 orbs isn't expensive. Getting 250 takes under 20 minutes if you're level 20.

when you die in an explorable area or mission you will have a death penalty of 15% for each death to a maximum of 60%. What this means is that your health and energy are reduced by that much until your either work it off by killing stuff and earning Experience points or returning to a town/outpost.

DP is the abbreviation used for Death Penalty. Candy Canes that were aquired during the Wintersday event removed DP within an explorable area when you used them.
