the festival quest glithces the other quests

Hi i have created 4 characters in cantha, already finish the orbs quest for my necro, my ranger and my monk.

I also had created a ritualist he is level 4 and has no secondary profecion. so i decided to fast level him so that i can get my mask on him. so i tried to chose the secondary profecion on him so i went and do the quest on them i first did the monk prefecion quests and i had the yetis orb quest active i went and did the first 2 part of the quest then there was a quest to find brother pawne and guess what he was not there i had to finish the yetis rampage quest and then rezone back to find brother pawne.

After this i decided to get the other profecion quests i stated the necromancer and ther is a quest were you have to clear the mantis from the temple id clear all the mantis from the temple and got not reward from the quest guy.

I think the problem started since the dragon festival.

Brother Pe Wan is now invisible or out to lunch, it seems. So, now the monk's first quest cannot be completed and the avatar can go no further til he is found. (A bug report was put in to ANet)

Also, the assassin's quest is now bugged. Panaku (the second/final part of the primary quest) will only go so far down by the beach and then he just stands there like a moron instead of continuing on to the target location. I paired with a guildie thinking maybe it was just because she was solo that it didn't fire right, but Panaku just stands there watching the water. Bug ticket was put in on that one, too.

one solution is to finish the orbs quest but how can i finish them with a level 4 rit.


I know quest are not hard i did dolo with the other 3 of my char but this one is too low level and still i want to get the mask for him.

Just party up with a lvl 20. i've already ran a few lvl 2 and 3's through the festival quests. I can't be the only 'nice guy' at the festival...

or can I???

Confirmed: abandon the orb quests (Yetis on the Rampage, etc) and the regular quests restore.

Brother Pe Wan is now in his appointed place .
