I know you get them from the Emperor on the last day. But the festival appears to end at the same time it started, which was sometime last night for me. Does anyone know exactly what times we'll be able to get Masks? (Preferably in an American time zone...I always forget GMT) Aret hose collectors my only hope?

Does that also include part of the 4th? And also, I just saw that the luck titles have 5 tiers. Getting the first tiers seems to take a day or so, at least. The maximum lucky title is 50 times the first, and the maximum unlucky title is 10 times the first. How is it possible to get the titles maxed before the Festival ends? How did they even discover them?

Check some of the many other threads on the masks and the festival, including the FAQ about it. The emperor will spawn every two hours on the last day of the festival (the 5th, I believe after midnight also counts as the 5th) but also note that there have been updates that say that for a few days (up to a week reported in some places) that there will be a character stationed in the monestary to trade the orbs for the masks in case you can't get to the emperor on that day.

The Dev tracker forum is a great place to read the updates and news about things like this

Yes, but from what I've heard the festival ends at 7:00 GMT on the 5th, which is apparantly before I wake up. Is GMT military time? And I'm still wondering what ANet was thinking with those title tiers...

So GMT appears to be 7 hours ahead of me at the moment...So July 5th in GMT starts at 5:00 PM my time, giving me several hours to see the Emperor. Okay, that clears that up. Are those rumors about 5 tiers of luck titles true?

GMT is Greenwich Mean Time. its the standard the world uses to keep things coordinated.

You can also get the mask AFTER the festival from an NPC...so dont worry at all.

Also - Yes it appears to be true that you CANNOT get "max" the Lucky and Unlucky titles at this event alone.

This isn't the first though...the Skill Hunter title is un-maxable right now too.
