Allow us to show Titlesin Mission/Explorable and PvP areas

What point is there to titles if not for a bit of a showoff/bragging factor? Like 15k armor, very few people are actually going to notice you even have a title in an outpost/town. I don't understand how it'd hurt gameplay if we were able to display these in places they'd actually be seen (If not in PvP arenas, atleast on observer mode).

That would lead to lots of Superiorism (is that a word?) IMO. Example: Group reaches a split in the road. P1 wants to go left. P2 wants to go right. P1 thinks his idea is correct because he is A) Rank 12 B) 100% Cartographer. It just seems like it would lead to a lot of arguments...and Guild Wars is a game about being in a guild and working together...not a contest to see who can brag the most.

People dont need to pay attention to your gold sink armors or your gold sink and/or grind away titles. I dont want to listen to "i have lvl 2 drunkard and rank 2 you must do what i sayz" during missions.

Phoenix, that happens now with the rank emotes, armor, weapons, etc.

I am proud of the titles that I have earned but at the same time I don't brag about them, and when I hear people brag about them (or their armor or weapons) I just laugh them off.

It would be nice to be able to emote out your title though, just like everything else, you have to learn to ignore/avoid the jerks.

Titles are comparable to rare weapons/15k armor, and I never hear this happen with people who have rare weapons/15k armor, how would being able to display your title in-mission be any differant???

Everyone said elitism would develope from titles being introduced in the first place. That never happened. I think people not to throw away their fears and stop worrying about could happen in the very extreme unlikely cases.

You have to do a ton of things out of town to get Titles.

Therefore you should likewise be able to use your Titles out of town.

What a lame excuse for not signing... "Oh I don't want to be distracted"...

Perhaps a function to turn on/off it so if you dont want to see it you aren't forced to?

I don't see why we could'nt have this afterall we spend so much MORE time outside towns than in. Why should'nt we be able to show what we have achived.

Because I don't want to mouse over the opposing Monk in PvP and see Fierce Champion (2) as their title. It's just a distraction, and one that's not needed at all.
