PC on Bronze sheild, -5 dmg (20%), +30 always

Hi, can you help me PC this sheild:

-Bronze Sheild
Req. 9 Strength
16 armor
-5 dmg (20% chance)
+30 hp always

if I can remember exactly but isnt that the shield that u craft in faction with same stats like exalted aegis green but cheap look...if it is like I think it is...ur PC is few k...not more then 5k...and hard to sell...

I forgot about that sheild, I am doing this PC for a friend and I figured it was gold. Turns out it was the crafter one. thanks for the PC anyway
