Instead of changing the icon - it would be incredible to allow Rangers to actually wear this skin when they equip the mask. There would definitely be more Rangers wearing "Construction Helmets" then there currently is at the moment.

Oroku, the Armour Craftsman in Bukdek Byway, has the "Under Construction" icon for all of the Ranger masks.
