Hours To MAX lucky

I hope the x10 step from Tragic to Hated is false information.

I'll have almost 200,000 tickets won by the end of the event. If they only have the games twice a year it'll be another 4 years before I max out the titles ><.

I hear from unmentionable sources who heard from unmentionable people that games of chance are guranteed in nightfall. I'm at favored [370k] and unfavored [25k exactly ^^] so I can't wait ;X

It would be much more reassuring if there was either an announcement of a confirmed schedule of dates on which these events will occur, or they are made permanent. So that those who already have several hundred thousand plats invested into these titles need not worry about things like the backlashes encouraging the devs to stop offering any games of chance and thus wasting all their money that has already been put into these titles. |

As of right now I'm at: 103153 won and 27636 lost
Been dc'd a few times.
Until there is an active and faster way to get wins and losses we just have to settle for afking. Losing takes a long long time. Mostly due to you getting +1 point lost no matter what game you play. I still say a GW themed pachinko game would be neat...
Now if they made Wisdom and Treasure titles account based I'd be more inclined to get them. That's the main reason I'm working on UnLucky.
[Edit: Kept track for half an hour on Rings of Fortune. 300 tickets won, 98 losses, 60 tickets lost in total.]

First of all, I believe it only takes 1 millioin tickets to max out the lucky title, as shown by guildwiki. Secondly, there have been different calculations saying that it only takes 12-17 days to max out that title at 1 million tickets (your results would equal 12 days if you divide your number of days by 2.5). The dragon festival I believe was 6 days, the current event is 3 days, so all it takes is one more event for someone to get the max title.

Its a complete waste of money doing the Nine Rings. After reading that title page on wiki posted last page you max Lucky about 1700 hours before you max Unlucky. Once you've maxed Lucky everything you win afterwards is a complete waste. Unlucky is the longest to max whichever game you stand at, so you might aswell just aim to max that the cheapest way.

here we go. a guy reached tier4 in the unluck title and confirmed that max level has been lowered from 500k to 100k. aswell as lucky was lowered from 2.5m to 1milion.
now unlucky makes some sense.

There's a guy in Shing Jea AD1 with the Prosperous (4th Tier) title standing AFK. I'm gonna try to catch him un-AFK and double check if the final tier is now really down to 1 million.

On the corner spot next to Pan, also for my above post.
Half hour on Rings of Fortune: 372 tickets won, 102 losses, 12 tickets gained in total.
10 Hour track on Rings of Fortune: 6840 tickets won, 2091 losses, 520 tickets lost in total.
Seems like the pattern is starting to show up. Around 300 ticket wins (bit more), 100 losses, and an unknown net loss of tickets per half hour. Has anyone tracked a few half hours on Nine Rings?
So yeah, don't use Rings of Fortune to work on Lucky, though I'm at tier 2 now mostly from trying to get Unlucky.

What backlash? I haven't seen any backlash.
The chance/lucky titles are 100% optional. The games are filler content to give people a break from the norm. Anyone complaining about this crap is just plain silly.

For those of you who aren't just starting out, but would still like to know how much time you should spend on each game to reach a certain number of tickets/losses at the same time, this is the formula used. Nice for checking your progress and how much time is remaining while you stand there as well
Values for the constants A, B, C, and D can be found on wiki, tt and tl depends on what your goal is.
A : Tickets won per hour spent on Nine Rings
B : Tickets won per hour spent on Rings of Fortune
C : Losses per hour on Nine Rings
D : Losses per hour on Rings of Fortune
tt : How many tickets you need
tl : How many losses you need
I used "spreadsheetesque" notation for easy copy-replace in case someone wants to use it.
Hours of Nine Rings needed (HNRN): MAX((D*tt-B*tl)/(D*A-B*C);0) (*)
Hours of Rings of Fortune needed (HRoFN): (tt-A*HNRN)/B
(*) This only checks if HNRN is negative, if you have a case where tt/tl > ~14, HRoFN will become negative, meaning you should spend all time in Nine Rings. (aka. you can't reach both numbers at the same time)
Derived from the functions (do it yourself if you like):
Ax + By = tt
Cx + Dy = tl

How long can you leave your computer afk? I heard it like kicks you off after 9 hours of idleness.
This true?

well im pretty sure that once the event is over they cant just rip the rings out from under ur feet right? it should be a new build, so what if someone didnt load the new build after and they just kept afking on the rings O.o; just a thought xD.

The games just stopped when the clock hit the announced end time, and the NPCs just disappeared. I had to zone to leave the boardwalk area, there wasn't anyone to talk to to return me to the monastery.
Incidentally, I ended 17 games short of Unfavored.

Bah.

Ok let me get this straight: even after the second games of chance event, there has been absolutely no confirmed evidence that Tier 5 of Unlucky is "Hated", yet everyone is assuming that "Hated" is correct information just because some guy made it up off the top of his head then posted it on Guild Wiki?
Dojo Belok
Although I doubt anyone has more tickets won than I do (well, a lot more ), some have more losses. Tragic to Hated has been confirmed, I think, and it is 100,000 losses now, I think, instead of 500,000. Thank God.

If it's been confirmed, then why is it so hard for anyone to post any proof of that?
