salvage them and hope for the +5 energy mods(I used to sell them frequently for 5k ea) and I think you could get 1.5-3k for the hale head, or about the same for the staff wrap. Though I'm not sure on that wrap, doesn't seem to be too desired for any other weapon, so I don't see why it would be for staffs. But it could be worth a couple thousand.

Note: Max on staffs is 11-22, anything that's not max either is a salvage item, or should go to the merchant.
