Adding a new title UAX or give it a more fine name, like xx% unlocked.

Suggesting multiple tiers, starting at 70% UAX.

1. 70% UAX - Basic unlocker.
2. 80% UAX - Advanced unlocker.
3. 90% UAX - Master unlocker.
4. 100% UAX - grandmaster unlocker.

This gives another account specific title, for those that have nearly all skills unlocked

Gives a reason to unlock that crappy elite skill, that you would never use anyway.

Is there a reason, not to add this ?

Is it UAX, or AUX, and I don't own factions, so what does it stand for?

UAX basically represent "Unlock All XXXXX". Like in "Unlock All Skills" or "Unlock All Items"

UAX became a fashion "word" quite a while back when you could just unlock everything on your PVP Characters without doing anything (Pre-Release). A while after release there were several threads regarding UAX, because A-Net took the function out of the game.

The reason not to add this title is that there allready is a similiar title, though focussed on the character and the Elite Skills - Skillhunter.

I like the idea - not sure there needs to be percentages, just a title for 100%

I'd have the title per campaign, so that if you unlock all skills in one campaign, you get the maxed title for that campaign. However, that means unlocking all skills for all professions, which is not easy to do.

I would not include PvE-specific skills so that the title can be achieved in PvP.
