Ok the title is just something to attract attention, but is this happening to anyone?
It started today and I cannot see female necros...

Block of Ice (5 Energy, 1/4 sec. cast, 2 recharge; Curses) -- for 15-20 minutes, Necro remains in a blocky zone of cold, causing 0-1 fear damage to all opponents. |

No troubles while playing a female necro (although this doesn't rule out a bug related to a particular region). Sounds like a video card or memory issue for the technical forum. Try logging out, free up some writeable disc space, shut down unnecessary progs and try again.

It happens alot. Has been since Day one of GW.
It's a mixture of your connection and the onboard video rendering.

Anyway, yes it happens. Strangely it's usually at Grotto.

I have never seen this specific problem, but I do have a very similar problem in my own game.
That being that I do not see textures on some things. Most notably with fire imps. But also on some bodies of water. Most specifically, just outside Kaineng Center on the way to the Market, and in the Underworld... there are little puddles of water.. and they have no texturing on them, so they look kinda odd.
I have always assumed in my case it was because I'm running non-standard video drivers. Omega based Catalyst drivers based on a Catalyst verion that is 2 or 3 versions old already. But at the time, they were the fastest drivers I could find (I was struggling to get Oblivion to play decently). Since then I've just been lazy to upgrade them because I have spent hours setting up custom ATI Tool profiles for all my games/settings, and don't want to redo it all.

Thanks Ducktape.. I guess I'll have to get with the times and finally upgrade my drivers and redo all those settings.
