Having issues with Primary Quest: Warning the Tengu

So I am not sure if it's bugged, or I am doing something wrong. So I have the quest Warning the Tengu that you get at Ran Musu Gardens from Ang the Ephemeral.

I hike out there and talk to Soar Honorclaw and she says to help Talon destroy the afflicted.... But nothing comes, no arrow change or star repositioning... Heck I can't even talk to Talon cause he's nowhere to be found....

So I go and pop the afflicted spawn and kill it and it sorta updates and says to go talk to someone, but it refuses to let me finish the quest, it keeps resetting itself.

Am I missing something or is it actually bugged? (I have reported it as bugged, since I do recall Talon being out there all the other times I've done it, but maybe something was just "moved"?)

Any insight on this would be greatfully appreciated as I am getting nowhere fast on my Sin.




EDIT: Got word from elsewhere that it might have to do with the event quests being in your list as well.... *shrugs* worth a shot eh?

It's somewhat bugged, I think. A lot of people have been getting this issue, so I'm assuming it has to do with the Dragon Festival update. You'll probably have to wait until after the Festival is over, or if ANet adresses the problem beforehand. Sorry.

There are a lot of bugs because of the Dragon Festival, unfortunately. On the plus side, this one does not delete your pet or permanently alter your appearance.

There are ones that alter your appearance? Terrible...Although my monk does need a touch up...Haha

Apparently switching headgear on a Ranger while in the Dragon Arena can permanently alter it. Ugly.

Can it change hair, or just face? I'm thinking about my ranger..
