So people were given the opportunity to submit builds to be considered as the new premade ones on the PVP character selection screen. The winners are supposed to be announced today...

So, where are they at?

First they announce the winners, then they incorporate them. Depending on how you take this information, it could be anywhere between the immediacy and two weeks.
