My entire menu bar dissappeared!

I can't remember what it's called, but the bar at the bottom of my screen dissappeared. I have it set to auto-hide and now it's just gone. I'm using Ctrl Alt Del to switch tasks, but what should I do? Just reboot? Thanks in advance.
