basically, you use Apply poison then DOlyak Signet wait till all adrenaline is up use Sever Artery, then Gash and when the Ettin uses healing signet use Hundred Blades{E}.
Drops: With how the runes are now the only rune worth finding is Superior Vigor.

Drops: The drops are fairly good, some max damage Hornbows and white scyths from the mantle, once you get used to killing the mursaat drops are amazing, I get lots of Mursaat Hornbows, tokens and gold.

This requires the Wand from Racthohs guide. What you want to do is aggro the fighting them 1 at a time use Deadly Riposte and ineptitude right after, now it's blinded for 10 seconds switch to wand and build up adrenaline, now bons should be activate use the Ripostes wait 10 seconds use Ineptitude again repeat, (Shield Stance is for a life saver)
Drops: ECTOS!!!!!! 'n stuff. Fairly good, your better off using Racthohs guide. This build can take on Aatxe, Grasping (Smites untested) Obsidian Behemoths(sp) Charged Blackness(Havn't tried 'em out yet)
