I had been playing around with my elementalist the other day, and I had looked at Assassin's Promise and thought of how that might compare to Echo, or Glyph of Renewal. Suprisingly, it did wonderfully in recharging skills, and providing energy (suprise there). It's own purpose negates it's 45 second recharge (since it recharges all skills, it's included in the recharge). With the help of an attunement, it works very well with regaining energy. This might explain why I've seen so many E/A lately...

I think that was a given...
It can be a very abused elite. Obviously its uterrly useless in PvP where you can't be sure things will die plus it'd just get removed. Could be very easily used to recharge spells instantly though. Problem is with the ele if you take the time out to cast AP you might miss the kill... Unless your raining meteors onto things or using henchman so they'll all be on your target anyway.

You have a Celestial skill when you talk to Kuunavang in an explorable Area or missions (3 area you can use it if I'm not wrong). And no, you haven't them forever. You got them in the last part in the storyline. Its like Rez sig, you can use it one time until you get a morale boost. Evilsod Check here when I will update, I'm going to test it.
Assassin Promise: when all your skills recharge and your target die under this hex, all your skill, including Assassin Promise, will instantly recharged and you receive an amount of Energy.
In all, skill rdy to kill your next target and Energy Management.
Exemple
If you run a Nuker, while meteor shower recharge, you cast AP and kill your target. Meteor Shower will recharge instantly and you can cast it again (watch out for exhaustion). Its like a Echo Nuker but Conditional and Energy Management.
Update: AP doesnt recharge your Celestial Skill.

Well, Max in your Elemental Attribute, 10 in Storage and the rest in Deadly Arts. you will have about 9-10 in Deadly Art for 11-12 sec duration and 14-15 energy you get. Its a good boost.

... later.
