Really just curious to see if anyone has picked something similar up, and if it could be used, I know its not max, picked up while soloing my ranger on some of the dragon festival quests

Yes yes, I didn't see any hammers with +5 energy so far. But it can be me who's just very unlucky lol. And yes, those dragon festival quets are real gold mines for mods as the weapons are never max damage. But my salvage-skills really suck
