/Stuck
Using this command will move your chr after 30 seconds a few frames away to an accessable piece of ground. Only for PvE maps. Usage is limited to once in X (5? 10?) minutes. You cannot perform other actions while this command is being executed.

We always have people stuck in Urgoz, every trip. One of our 2 monks always get stuck, 2 times last night - I say it's because she is so tiny she falls through cracks
. So we always take vamp weapons, which shouldn't be needed. "I will exchange 15% DP for getting out of a map error" doesn't seem very fair. Unfortunately, there are those times when the people fall a certain way that you can't open trade/drop vamp weapon for them to pick up. Last night we had to have our MM kill himself and let his Golem kill the stuck person. That one had an inflated 30%DP transfer rate.

Maybe instead of implementing a complex mechanism make it so the /stuck command simply teleports you to the nearest party member if within radar range. Give a 1 Minute Penalty during which you can't move, cast or do anything aside from chatting. If you do something, the procedure will stop and you have to reactivate it.
Once it has been used, it will take another 10 minutes to recharge.
This should prevent most form of abuses coming from without having to implement complex mechanisms.
