Vault keeper in Pre-searing

I did a search and did not find any matches to this question So I'll ask it here. I love the fact that A-net made char. storage now but, I can't find the vault keeper in Pre-searing. Is there one? I want to transfer my gold from my pre-searing characters to my post-searnig ones. Is this possible???

I haven't met a vault keeper in pre-searing yet. I hope that all characters on an account can share a vault. Has anyone tried this yet?
Sorry - The sticky in another section says all your characters can share a vault. Only a one-time charge too! They say you can't store and exchange gold though.
