Any help here, especially with the fire wand, the bow I know should probably be salvaged because it's not max.

You're welcome... Sorry about the wand, but its a single modifier and of a different attribute. Would merchant/give to a starter ele even if it said halves skill recharge of Fire Magic spells 20% chance.
