To find a specific collector

Ive been told numerous times of a collector who collects troll tusks and gives good things in return im not sure what but from i know hes in mineral falls and I'm asking if anyone knows his exact location and could point me in the right direction also how many do you think i would need for i have been troll farming for some time and dont want to just sell the tusks cause they almost worthless. Please help
