expert salvage and hope for 20/20

How much is a 20/20 bow string worth, also how much would a 19% enchant bow string be?

Knowing my luck, ill get wood planks or something. Oh yes, I once tried to salvage an axe for 20/20 sundering and got 6 iron ingots
