No more lame wet-body suits, please!
When I look at most of the male Necromancer armor, I can't help but say to myself "What were they thinking!?".
Give us some generic robe and I'll be happy (I do applaud them for being somewhat creative initially, though a lot of the necromancer armor is starting to look the same). Examples:

I'd highly appreciate some kind of casterlike looking armor. I'm not too keen on Nightgowns and downright underwear on females (alternatively the ultimate nerd look).
If you actually look at Emperor Kisu, you can see that the engine is suitable for robes (well minus the uber ridiculous headpiece :P) http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Image:Emperor_Kisu.jpg.
But i'm going to disagree on one part. No don't just give those to the necromancers. Give it to all caster classes alike. I'm just somewhat tired to see all this semi-nude or large spikes growing out of the characters... uhm let's just not got there :P

I'm actually really glad that there are no robes. I'm sick of robes. Every fantasy setting puts mages in freakin' robes. Nothing is more played out than robed wizards.
That said, male necro armor does suck horribly and needs a new and very different look the next time they get around to adding any. Just... not robes, please.

I think some more attractive and loose garmets would look good on alot of casters, but what really shines in thos pictures is the cloak.
Just allowing characters to pick their own cape type and create cloak type looking capes which cover the shoulders and somewhat in front would jurassicly improve the look of most characters, the silly 5 yr old play capes are pretty ugly, and look even worse with certain armors, not to mention that they went and added "remove cape" feature so players can play without the tacky cape on their backs because they know it sucks.
One cape type for an entire guild will certainly not match for everyone in the guild, having a guild cape should be player based, players should pick their own capes, and the guilds emblem and color scheme would show on whatever the guild chooses. This way players can choose capes, cloaks, and hopefully even sashes, divided banners, capes with shoulder risers and such, all of these would be much better, customized looks for each class would greatly improve the visual aspect.
The exsisting cape feature is almost worthless now, it was mildly entertaining in the begining, but now it is just an ugly requirement in GvG. Replacing the cape selection and schemes is a near neccessity, and I hope Anet chooses to fix it.

I cann't shy away from a creative challenge... so here is a robe version of Necro armor set, done with pencil. Its a bit base off that floating ghost mob (forgot the name), so could be call Spectra Set.

And look like someone is a Fire Emblem fan... but where do you get all those high Q pictures?

These pics are too anime-ish.. You'll see stuff like that in Lineage 2, But not in Guild Wars. On another note, I fully support the good ol' robe for our caster friends. Seriously.. The elemantilists aren't very magical untill they adorn some layers and a nice trenchy-robe. How about some hoods too? Scars and Third Eyes are nice... But I want to be hooded and look dark and mysterious.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty happy with my 15k Kurzick male (though I was too lazy to fetch a picture of my actual character, haha)

FireEmblemFTW.
I dunno, I like most of the necro armor sets. The only one I don't get are tattoos. Because when I see a hairy armored man swing an axe at me, my reaction is to take off all my close and show him my barbed wire tattoos? Yeah, makes perfect sense.
I think what both the monks and the necro needs are a lot more of robes. It's almost a staple in MMOs and it doesn't take too much creativity to think of something fairly mystical-looking and regal.
