price on this brute sword

i saw on rare weapons that a brute sword req 10 15^50 is worth 150-250k, but how much is this worth with +30 HP?

I would say check how much the mod is in the pc thread and add it to your original PC. Though there aren't a lot of people willing to pay extra for mods unless it's something they want, but since its fort, you shouldn't have that many issues with selling.

+30hp adds no value

personally from what I've seen these selling at... I'd be happy to get around 150k if not a bit less
